Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly?
The bouquets are made up of a mix of seasonal flowers.
Only for Lisbon, the bouquets are always delivered by bicycle during office hours.
Bouquet about 5 feet in a mix of colours and varieties of fresh natural flowers + greens.
Bouquet about 10 feet in a mix of colours and varieties of fresh natural flowers + greens.
Bouquet about 15 feet in a mix of colours and varieties of fresh natural flowers + greens.
You can choose to be paid weekly, every fortnight or monthly. The amount is always charged per month.
Payment is made monthly, from the date you choose to start your subscription. You can pay using all the payment methods available on our site.
You will receive the wrapped bouquets at your registered address, on the day of the week you choose, during office hours (from 9.30 to 17.30).
It is not possible for us to schedule a delivery time, unless you wish to hire an extra service where we schedule your delivery with an external courier company, which guarantees delivery in 2-hour slots during business hours (from 9.30 to 19.30). This extra charge can vary between €8 and €10 per delivery. If no one is home, we try to access the address (in the case of a building) by contacting neighbours, and we leave the bouquet on your doorstep, as long as it's not in a place open to the street and always with the customer's consent. It is also possible to leave it with neighbours or nearby businesses, subject to confirmation from everyone involved.

You can choose the size of the bouquet, the frequency, fill in your details and those of the recipient and add a card, or any of our extra items. When we receive your order, we'll get in touch with the recipient to arrange how the deliveries can take place (day of the week, whether there will be anyone to receive the flowers, information on breaks, etc).
If the cancellation is communicated at least 3 working days before the next delivery, yes, it is possible to obtain a refund of the amount relating to the deliveries not yet made.
